Columbia Station Phase 2 – following the phases…

With an estimated completion of Spring 2012, here you can follow the progress of Columbia Station Phase 2 in Columbia City! (scroll down for the latest March updates!)

DECEMBER 2011 UPDATE:

END OF DECEMBER 2011 UPDATE:

the foundations for units #7 and #8 have been poured!

JANUARY 2012 UPDATE:

Units 5 & 6 roofs are on and we’re ready for wrap and siding …

      

    

 … and framing has begun on Units 7 & 8.

FEBRUARY 2012 UPDATE:

Unit 5 (below) is almost completely sided and ahead of schedule!

Unit 8 (below) is taking shape, wrap and siding wrap and siding begin next week!

MARCH 2012 UPDATE:

The Phase 2 homes are all sided and are ready for exterior paint and stain. We are approx 60 days from completion.
